There are aquarobics for all ages and abilities at the Splash Centre.
Aquarobics is a great way to keep fit. Water exercise burns calories and builds strength and flexibilty, and the buoyancy offered by the water causes less strain on your joints and muscles than other forms of exercise.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:30am, come and join Linda and the 50's Forwards for some fun exercise to music you'll love, then stay for a cup of tea and a chat afterwards, no need to book just come along.
Evening classes run on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings between 6 and 7pm and Thursday between 7 and 8pm.
